We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your garden furniture purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Important Exceptions:
Due to their fragile nature, garden mirrors cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. Additionally, custom-made or specially ordered rattan furniture pieces may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- You must include all accessories, manuals, and parts
- The original proof of purchase must be included

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3: Package Securely
Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
Step 4: Ship Back

Refund Process

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:

For exchanges of higher value: We’ll invoice you for the difference after receiving your return.
