Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your garden furniture. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items for a refund or exchange. Please note that due to their fragile nature, garden mirrors cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- You must include all accessories, manuals, and parts
- The original proof of purchase must be included
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our Salisbury warehouse using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- For exchanges of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your garden furniture arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
Note: Custom-made or specially ordered rattan furniture pieces may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please contact us for clarification on specific items.
